Revue Française d’Economie et de Gestion manifests its commitment to the academic community, in order to guarantee the values of ethics, transparency and quality of publication. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Before their examination, the documents received are checked by an Urkund plagiarism detection software program, provided by the CNRST (National Center for Scientific and Technical Research). In this sense, any plagiarized document will be subject to cancellation. When signing the publication agreement, authors must guarantee the originality of the article and associated documents. The latter, in fact, must neither infringe the copyrights linked to other writings, nor be submitted or published previously. Moreover, the signed agreement must be the subject of a consensus of all the authors. The ethics of journal publication take into consideration ethical standards that are important to those involved, including authors, editors, and peer reviewers.
Publication decisions :
The editor is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. Authors should follow the journal's instructions and are bound by applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editor may consult with other editors or reviewers to make this decision. Download the copyright transfer form
Obligations of editors :
Editors have full responsibility, and complete authority, to reject or accept an article. The decision to reject or accept must be made with complete neutrality, as the editors must not have any conflict of interest in relation to the various articles. They must only evaluate the articles in relation to compliance with the required substantive and formal rules. Any errors noted are also subject to correction or withdrawal, while preserving the anonymity of the evaluators. Editors must maintain the confidentiality of all information relating to submitted manuscripts, so they must evaluate them in an objective and non-discriminatory manner.
Submitted and unpublished documents should not be used for other research purposes without the written consent of their authors.
Obligations of examiners:
Revue Française d’Economie et de Gestion strongly welcomes the support and efforts to revise the articles provided by the examiners. The latter must in fact perform their assessment task in a confidential, neutral and objective manner. The examiner must thus follow all the sources or documents not cited, having already been the subject of a publication. The Editor-in-Chief takes care of the preview of each article before sending it to the reviewers. Our evaluation system uses plagiarism software that checks the originality of the papers. In the event of one or more plagiarized parts not detected by the software, the examiner can inform the publisher.
The examiners of Revue Française d’Economie et de Gestion are invited to rate the articles on the basis of a number of evaluation criteria mentioned in the evaluation grid and to leave their comments in the manuscript itself. . These comments are important for improving the final version of the article and for training the authors. He is thus led to make one of the following decisions:
- Accept as it is;
- Accept with minor modifications;
- Accept with major modifications;
- To reject;
Journal articles are proofread before publication, and reviewers are under no obligation to correct or mark language errors, or typos. The revision is undeniably a precious and noble act, we can in no way compensate for it.
Indeed, reviewers are urged to review the journal's revision policy before revising any article.
Obligations of the author :
Authors must follow the journal's instructions and are bound by the legal requirements then in effect regarding defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism. They undertake in this sense to submit only original work. However, submitted manuscripts and previously published research are unacceptable and unethical. They must indeed include enough details and references for replication purposes. Only quotes that contribute significantly to the work should be mentioned in the documents.
Corresponding authors take full responsibility for the content and all legal aspects of their manuscripts. They must therefore communicate any funding or financial support applicable to research, while focusing on the relationship of the funder to the contribution.
If an error is detected in a manuscript already published, its author undertakes to inform the publisher in the matter.
